Fire Eater

The challenge

Fire Eater is a new cinnamon flavoured whisky drink looking for a bold visual to help establish itself as a shot brand in a crowded market.

The solution

We decided to take Fire Eater’s circus theme a step further, a complete contrast to the tired club imagery we’ve come to associate with shots. Instead we created a visual that introduces a dark and surreal world – while also hinting at the hot flavour of the drink.

Alongside an accompanying site we helped Fire Eater successfully launch in the UK. 

The key image we created went on to play a huge part in the integrated launch campaign, as you can see from the aesthetics of this video spot. 

A key part of the campaign was an Oculus Rift experience, as seen in the video above. We'd love to say we came up with this idea – but we didn't. However you can still see how the art direction comes from the original key image.
